“Our personal evolutionary potential lies within us.”

Dr. Ida P. Rolf

Hi! I’m Julie.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Structural Integration Practitioner, and soon to be Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Functional Training.

I graduated from The New York Institute of Massage Therapy in Buffalo, NY in 2009 after completing over 1,100 hours of training. Since then, I've been traveling and practicing as an LMT for over 15 years.

In 2018, I delved into Structural Integration with the NW Center of Structural Integration in Portland, OR. As I learned and embodied the Structural Integration Ten Series over the next year, I was amazed by the changes I could feel and see in my body, as well as in my client’s bodies. Learning what fascia is and how to work with it has made my approach to bodywork much more effective and integrative.

Fascia, the connective tissue linking muscles, bones, and organs, plays is vital role in our physical health and well being. Structural Integration helps to mobilize these fascial tissues and re-align your physical structure in a series of sessions, enhancing movement, reducing pain, and promoting overall vitality.
