Cancellation & Late policies

48-24 Hour Cancellation policy:

I require that you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If less than a 48 hour notice is given, 50% of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file. If less than 24 hour notice is given, 100% of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file.

I completely understand not being able to come in due to a contagious illness such as COVID/Cold/Flu or an emergency of some kind. But due to the limited number of spots on my schedule and the inability to fill that spot with a client last minute, I can only allow 1 free cancellation in a year for each client.


Late Policy:

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, that is considered a "no -show" and 100% of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid being late.


Repeated Cancellations/No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file.

If you repeatedly cancel and/or reschedule your appointments, you may not be allowed to schedule future appointments.

Please be respectful of my time. There are clients who would have loved to have that appointment time.
